General Description
NW 955T is a 95% Ni-5%Al alloy wire, which is produced specifically as an arcspray bonding wire. It can produce dense coatings with exceptionally high bond strengths that self-bond to most metallic substrates and it exhibits good resistance to abrasion and high temperature oxidation.
Equivalent to:
TAFA 75B
Sulzer Metco 8400
75E Nickel/Aluminium Alloy
Typical Applications
- Bond coatings
- Dimensional Restoration
- Fretting resistance ar high and low temperatures
- Particle erosion resistance at high temperatures
- High-temperature anti-corrosive coating.
